Blaque Lyte!!!!!!!
Hello!
Heres some pictures from the show Blaque Lyte at Hyde Park Art Center in Chicago.
Me and Hanna went there for the opening, it was realy nice.
We met a lot of nice people that gave us zines and prints and showed us around.
I will try to post some pictures from the trip (not only the show) later on...
I think the curators Chris Kerr and Paul Nudd did a great job with this show, thank you so much guys for leting me be a part of it!

New Zine!!!!
Glasgow based MUSEUMS PRESS just released my new zine Standing on Different Grounds.
Im really happy to publish this one at Museums Press, they have loads of great artists that made work for them.

Im back baby!!!
Hello again!
I tried to move all of my updates to my homepage www.joakimojanen.com but it seems like people liked the blog more so I will start to update you with my work here again!

I'm showing work in two groupshows, one here in Stockholm called Print on the Nose:

And the second one is a realy nice exhibition at Hyde Park Art Center in Chicago called Blaque Lyte. The whole gallery is lighten with black lights.
I will go there for the opening October 29th, and will post some pictures from it here when i get back.

NEW WEBSITE & NEW EXHIBITION!!!!!
Im finally done with my website!

Ive put up some new stuff thats not on the blog there, so please just click on all the buttons you can find!
The Idea is to update the website with final works and also post some relevant news in the news section. And maybe put up more documentary photos, work in progress stuff and maybe some doodle thingys here on the blog.
Also I have a new exhibition real soon, heres the flyer:

PLUT RELEASE!!!
Welcome to the release for PLUT the new comic zine!
PLUT is a 32 page, 4 colour comic zine printed in 300 copies. PLUT is a colaboration by Emelie Östergren, Hanna Gustavsson, Clara Bessijelle Johansson, JULIACKS, Austin English and Joakim Ojanen. The release will start this thursday, 19.00 at Larrys Corner, Grindsgatan 35, 118 57 Stockholm.
